Returns and Exchanges

One of our concerns is the satisfaction of our customers.

If you are dissatisfied with our products for any reason, you can cancel your order and return the product(s) within fourteen working days of receiving the order.
We will refund the full value of the products ordered and returned.

It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of their intention to cancel within this period by e-mail or message in order details.

Goods must be returned in their original condition and with their original packaging.

The cost of returning them is the customer's responsibility.
