Shipping Costs
The following shipping costs apply:
For purchases to mainland Portugal, a shipping cost of €5 applies and on the islands the shipping cost is €6. For purchases over €29 to mainland Portugal, shipping is free and on the islands the shipping cost is €8. For the rest of Europe (excluding remote areas) the shipping cost is 13€.
Prices and Payments
The prices shown on this site include VAT at the rate in force and are valid at the time the purchase was made. Delivery costs are added to the prices. If the product is exchanged for another, the price of the final product will apply.

Proofs should be sent with your order number to manelsport@manelsport.com. If you have opted for online payments, such as Multibanco, MBWay or PayPal, the proof will be issued by the respective entities and automatically included in your order process. We process orders immediately after payment has been made or proof of payment has been received.
If the product you ordered is out of stock or unavailable, you can request a refund or a replacement product.
Any payment costs will be borne by the customer.
